Football is back!

​There are 2 ways to submit your Football Pool entry - Online or Paper!

​The rules are posted on the PAPER entry form. The easiest and fastest way to submit your entry is to use the online entry form.  It is more accurate (because YOU type the info) and you will get a confirmation email from "Forms Response Receipts" (via Google Forms) as soon as you submit your entry, so check your spam! After you make your picks, please mail your payment ASAP and be sure to include your name and display name with your payment.  If you are paying for multiple entries, be sure to send a list of all the names and display names with your payment. If you know someone that has no computer access, or if you need a paper form to pass around to your friends, the paper entry form is also available below.  PAPER entries with payment must be received or must be postmarked by Saturday, September 5, 2026.

​​The deadline for ONLINE entries is 1:00 PM on September 9, 2026

Payment is due by September 19, 2026  or your entry will be removed.
